@draiochta14 I think in some respects it may be worse than we think. This past year legitimately broke me… it just did so privately at home. I felt as emotionally broken as this man, just not in an explosive way. He’s the fight.. I’m the flight/freeze.

@draiochta14 These are unprecedented times. Recent generations have not had to live through turmoil on this scale (at least not here). Compound that with a lack of effective coping skills, conflict resolution, or even self soothing & you’ve got a perfect storm for breakdowns.
