I get the frustration of the F1 and fully respect that Hamilton had it in the bag but if the rules in some capacity allow for that to happen then Verstappan was the man that came out on top. Perfect case of be prepared for every situation.
(with no medical training) I think this is a positive step. But before we let people slip into depression could we make exercise accessible and a priority for all? Eg. Higher priority than working late culture and more accessible than a 45 minute swim booked 2 weeks ahead via app

Im not funded, but I found myself a setup that works, I asked a company to help and I will keep asking, because guess what... people will help if they believe in you. You have to believe in yourself first!
