Pushing Down the Mound Is Hurting Your Velocity

The biggest mistake I see is guys trying to rotate by pushing.

They try to push to create linear momentum down the mound.

That’s the wrong way to go about it.

When you push, it actually makes it harder to rotate.

And rotation is where most of your velocity comes from.

Hip to shoulder separation is responsible for a huge portion of pitching velocity.

If you take away from that, you’re taking away from your velo.

That’s why even from your knees, you can throw close to 80 percent of your top velocity.

So the goal is to maximize rotation and create as much separation as possible.

The pelvis fires toward the target while the rib cage, shoulders, and chest stay back.

That stretch and torque is what propels your arm through.

We have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigation Service. Yeah. Already, already. That is already happening right now. The truly disturbing thing though, I just want you to know this, a truly disturbing thing to me, and the darkest thing about this, to me, the voter fraud is terrible.”
