All seems to be a mess. In the AFL, when there's been a major infringement on field, it goes direct to the MRP. Both an AFL + NRL devotee but leaning back to AFL with this nonsense 🤦🏼‍♀️ @PhilGould15 - shed any light?

At the start of the yr, do the MRC (NRL) go over the rules with key stakeholders so that all are on the same page? Is there a scale they work from ... e.g. unintentional hip drop - 10 mins, next level 10 mins + report, intentional - straight to MRC etc
