Then it only shows up as a gotcha. That silence is what turns it into a competition. If “actual people are dying” is the standard, it has to apply when the kids are African too.

Black genocides belong under “end silence on genocide.” A movement that drops them — while people in the US ignore the UAE pipeline to the RSF — isn’t ending silence.

It’s choosing which kids count.

Silence is turning it into a competition, when it should be a principle alongside it.
