From my experience of attending work related events this is my observation. When people are in between jobs or in roles that they feel hasn’t matched the level they desire you can tell it from their voice and the way they speak about themselves. I want to remind you that your value as a person is inherent. Simply by the virtue of you existing you matter. If you’re a Christian you must also remember that Christ sees you as worthy. You need to see yourself through his lens. There’s something we say in Nigerian speak, “follow come.” Your value is follow come. Pls never forget that.
