Great field trip today at Sharpe Reservation! We learned about water pollution, our solar system, and how to tap a maple tree to create maple syrup!!

@melbrethour Are we talking decoding? If not maybe I’m an anomaly but this was not the case for me as a child. I struggled with fluency and comprehension but just need time to process it as I read. Reading to myself gave me the time I needed.

Starting off with a little Growth Mindset. It’s so important for children to learn about how their brain works and how to persevere though difficult tasks! They love it, and it leads to great conversations! @ArlingtonCSD @MrsKhareVFE
