Crazy Demon Slayer Fact:
“Warabe Uta,” the name of the song the Ubuyashiki children sang in EP 8 was a real song commonly sung on New Years by children. This heavily implies the final battle took place on New Year’s Eve to the sunrise of the New Year. This connects back to the Hinokami Kagura, where Sumiyoshis descendants would dance from dusk til dawn on New Years to ward off bad spirits for the coming year. This is crazy because if true then Tanjiro did in fact complete Yoriichi and his entire families legacy by dancing (fighting) the Hinokami Kagura from dusk to dawn and warded off evil spirits (Demons AKA Muzan) for once and for all. Reminder that Jujutsu Kaisen is still the best new gen no question and the Shibuya Incident is the best new gen arc non debatable, 10/10 peak arc with some of the highest peaks in Shonen history!!! When this gets animated I feel sorry for everything else airing alongside it 😪🥱
