💼 Today I signed the book of condolences in honor of Hon Roderick Rainford who passed away on 4 April. He served as SG of CARICOM (1983–1992).
His tenure was marked by commitment to strengthening Caribbean integration and cooperation. His vision and leadership remain. RIP
