I tell you - betrayal of 1 person is bearable but betrayal of 2 , it took so much of a healing.

Such a great lesson to carry.

My advice to you is to screen the people, be aware of their intentions, set boundaries and if it felt off, don't romanticize - cutoff right away.

I woke up with a cold breeze and realized how life's so great.

When you take to pause and just be alone to learn and reflect. This the benefits of solitude- you appreciate your surroundings, you spend time more with family and especially friends.

Right now, I enjoyed the activities/ catch-ups I have with friends and foodtrip with family.

Simple but so much joy it brings. I realized that happiness comes from being grateful from small stuffs and being in the moment.
