Privilege to be at the AUS Podiatry Conference on Gold Coast and present on Calf Raise app. Great to connect IN PERSON for the 1st time with @Ben_JPeterson. The podiatrists community in AUS/NZ is incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. My feet were also happy to find the sand🦶

Cadence affected all calf raise test outcomes, except for repetitions, highlighting the need for standardisation when comparing results across studies. Cadence of 60 beats/min maximises total vertical displacement and work, while peak power is highest at 120 beats/min.
