@erinbiba One order I picked had ginger root: 3 units. Well a “unit” is a pound, so 3 lbs of ginger root. Damn that’s a lot but ok. I bagged it up, weighed it, and scanned it in. Customer gets their email receipt and freaked out. They wanted 3 pieces, about 1/4 lb. 😂 Here’s your refund!
