NEW: San Antonio woman goes on a "high speed" chase through a parking lot, hitting cars and assaulting a State Trooper before getting arrested.

She appeared to be drunk.

The incident happened after Texas Highway Patrol tried pulling her over for a traffic violation.

She then led police on a chase which ended in a parking lot at 'The Quarry.'

She is facing multiple felony and misdemeanor charges
