They are both ND so I learnt how to navigate it all without them or me losing our sh!t over it all, i refuse for food to be a battle ground. What works for ND kids also works for NT kids too 🤷‍♀️

I know that my kids don't like pasta bake so I don't cook it. if I want it, I cook it on days we don't eat together. I gain nothing by fighting over something I obv know they hate and don't lose anything by moving pastabake day
