@ScotRail your customer support is awful. I’ve spent hours of my time trying to sort a delay repay with you. Passed around, clearly case references don’t link comms. Almost 3 months and still not resolved. Are you trying to make the process awful so people stop claiming refunds?

@ScotRail Hayley. Getting nowhere. Please have a word with your team. If not I’ll need to go to the rail ombudsman. My case reference numbers. 3 months to sort delay repay and countless people, each with terrible support. @ScotRail

@TwitterSupport I’ve unsubscribed from your emails several times now for another one of my accounts. You are breaching UK GDPR rules. I suspect I’m not the only person with this problem. How can I stop this?

@Port_of_Dover why do you not use heat sensors to check trucks coming in with 27 migrants? (as the news report detailed) That would surely detect illegal persons entering via trucks? Thoughts?

@NetworkRailEUS @primeburgeruk Yes, sounds all very complicated for something that needs to be crystal clear to all staff and customers. I saw a few other customers in the area panic, so clearly the tests/communication of it being a test is not sufficient atm.

@NetworkRailEUS Ok well that’s more alarming, that this one wasn’t a test and nobody reacted. And, staff in the cafes don’t have a clue about what is a test and what isn’t. You really need to evaluate the procedure...

@NetworkRailEUS From the cafes you can categorically not hear the mention of it being a test. I had no headphones in and was sat by the door at Prime Burger. I pride myself on being aware of what’s going on around me and if there was mention of it being a test, it was not audible.
