Special thanks to @united for ruining my kid’s Christmas! We came to Cancun and they lost our 3 carry on bags with all of our kid’s gifts on 12/17. They took them when we got on plane and checked them under someone else! Zero updates or answers!

@united I have spent at least 8 hours of vacation trying to get answers about our missing bags. I understand things happen but these were carry ons that your staff checked to the wrong customer and destination. I don’t think my kids will understand that Santa lost their gifts!!!!
