I'm having second thoughts about Ozempic hindering my digestive system but I will finish the entire injection pen while I'm in keto-vore mode to see how I do . I think a combination SGLT2/metfor along with either a strict ketogenic diet or a strict carnivore diet might be better.
The numbness in my feet is beginning to creep up my left leg. I don't want to lose my legs. So yesterday I started taking a 4 week long starter dose of 0.25 mg of Ozempic per week for T2D. I hope that's a large enough dosage to improve my blood sugar management. July 21, 2026.
The keto-vore/1(and 2) meal-a-day diet is not enough for my to keep my blood sugar in check, and I'm not disciplined enough limit myself to a strict carnivore diet. Besides Ozempic, I also plan on seeking an SGLT2 drug to urinate out the excess sugar and preserve my kidneys.
The Triple Whopper sandwich raised my blood sugar from 119 last night to 211mg/dL this morning. No nausea, indigestion, or upset stomach on 0.25 mg of Ozempic. Hopefully it works better when Im able to double the Ozempic dose next month.
Meanwhile, another 𝟸̶𝟺̶𝚑̶𝚛̶ 48hr fast
I started the first .25 mg of Ozempic last Tues,
a small bowl of pot roast on W,
and 24hr fast on Th.
Tonight at 11:00, I ate a Triple Whopper sandwich risking nausea, indigestion, & upset stomach. I hope the ozempic diet isnt too difficult for me. No more feasting with fasting
The Ozempic forces me to eat how they want me to eat.
I must prioritize protein intake to maintain my limited muscle and prioritize while limiting my saturated fat intake. If I get even more noticeably physically weaker for a long enough time, I may have to find another way.

Now that a sitting senator (Ron Johnson) has acknowledged that Remdesivir is called "Run Death Is Near" by nurses because it "knocks out the kidneys," can we stop killing Americans with it in the hospitals? 🤔
