@ParkRoadLido I just went on the app to book my swimming and I noticed that next week the latest slot is 11:00 am all the way to the weekend. Does anyone know if this is a glitch or a new policy ? I haven't heard anything from @Fusion_LS
@joshhiggins87@Jillowenpiano@ParkRoadLido@Fusion_LS I was probably swimming right behind you! I chatted with some people and it seems that the issue is a lack of lifeguards. Would be nice to hear this directly from @Fusion_LS who clearly are in need of a customer success manager

@joshhiggins87@Jillowenpiano@ParkRoadLido@Fusion_LS I can't see the rationale for it . I understand that their heating costs must be huge but this won't help with that. They're just annoying their customers for the sake of £30 savings for a lifeguard.
