I think my best advice is if people receive an email from Instagram asking if you changed a PW or email go directly to your account and dont click on the email ever! I'm certain mine was phished.

NEVER click on emails from Instagram as a lot of these are phishing emails. . Go directly to your account and log in from there if you can.

What's really funny is that's my arm with the tattoo on the hacked page. #instagram has sent codes to some people to ID themselves on paper in a photo.
