@SageCanaday@ToutpourmaSante My original source was my self. Born and raised far north. We get some vit D through salmon, and some through dairy. A lot of people above the age of 75 seem to supplement though. Link to a (norwegian) study here: https://t.co/2u41eCvuut
My team and I are currently researching worldwide cases of child doping. Were you or are you affected yourself? Do you know of any unknown cases or have you any information about victims or perpetrators? We treat all infos absolutely confidentially: DM or [email protected]
@Alan_Couzens I completely agree that training by HR alone is a slippery slope. For me I try to base some of it on my averages from half-marathons and marathons, but I still feel its an ureliable metric. Early in a training block it’s very high, and then later it’s much lower for same effort
@Alan_Couzens But i struggle with justifying the price tag. My current method works just fine, so I feel it would just benefit the curios geek inside me. You seem to be a firm believer in the opposite, correct?
@Alan_Couzens Hi Alan, I´ve been a firm believer in training by feel and supplementing with HR as a safety mechanism for not training too hard. This honestly works wonders for me, and my percieved effort and HR drops as my fitness increases. Recently I´ve considered buying a lactate tester 1/2
