@JohnLewisRetail really disappointed at the lack of help from customer service. I tried to bring a faulty make up product back to store without success. CASE-31352180 Cust. Serv. today say to speak to store manager and that they can’t help. What if I purchased it 200 miles away?!

Have you tried the Healthcare Leadership Model self assessment tool to inform you of areas and priorities to work on? (I really liked the different formats of the results) xx

@ClaireCraig_PT @WeAHPs Oh that’s interesting. I wonder if that’s employer led? Our Trust has physio’s requesting X-Ray, MRI (not sure about other modalities). Strict agreement in place and it’s based on named individuals doing training. So not necessarily easy, it can definitely happen. Keep pushing.

@ClaireCraig_PT @WeAHPs Hi, sorry to be the picky one, but I wonder whether our colleagues would mind using the term “requesting” x-rays, rather than “ordering”? I know it may sound petty, but imaging is requested, not ordered (not helped by computer systems calling them orders, granted). Thanks 🙂

@RADMagazine @ipemnews I must say, this group of staff are invaluable to us as Radiographers. We couldn’t provide the level of service we do, if it weren’t for our Medical Physicists. We are incredibly fortunate to have an excellent team around us, but they could definitely do with more of them.

Gone under the radar but radiographers going on strike from tomorrow is a major deal. They are responsible for carrying out x-rays, MRI and CT scans as well as radiotherapy for cancer patients.

Nobody can cover their roles. This could be more disruptive than doctors' strikes.
