Android版のSTEPNに致命的なBot確定条件が入ってしまっているかと思われます。
iPhoneでは大丈夫ですが、Androidではおそらく少エナ終了後に連続ムーブしただけでBot判定が出ます。
他に考えられる条件がなく、バグとしか言えない

需要があるかわかりませんが、1Lv毎のアカウントレベルと概算ムーブ時間（Total Time）の関係表を作成しました。

近似曲線に基づく値なので、誤差は結構あると思います。

重要なのはアチーブメントがあるLv1, 20, 50, 65, 80なので、あまり細かいレベルを気にしても意味ないですけどね😅
