MAGA told minorities to go to school, work hard, and assimilate. Now they are furious that they actually did. They keep moving the goalposts. First it was “come legally.” Then “learn English.” Then “get educated.” Now apparently the final requirement is “also look white.”
@UTAustin’s undergrad student body is over 80% Texas residents, the vast majority from Texas public schools due to the top 5% rule. These are our state’s best and brightest, and they reflect the rich diversity of our state. If you don’t like it, you don’t like Texas.
Call me crazy, but it seems a little excessive for tax payers to cover the cost for tRump to fly 24 vehicles,19 motorcycles, and 1 Natalie Harp to Ireland for a 48 hour visit so he can attend a golf tournament while voters are unable to afford health-care, food, gas, utilities, or rent.
1. Every student in this picture is American or here legally.
2. Those here legally are assimilating to American culture, celebrating an American sport.
3. It was never about legal immigration or assimilating for people like @bofrench and MAGA. It’s about race.
@bofrench Reminder that Trump bas made MAGA feel safe being as racist as they want to be. Pathetic.
Bo French has NO business being a politician in Texas.
PS: VP JD Vance’s wife is Indian.
@bofrench Indians going to an American university, cheering for American football, wearing Texas colors and cowboy hats. You somehow found a photo of assimilation of “white American culture” and got mad about it lol
They’re doing what you have asked immigrants to do smh
This is my son Brady at the @TexasFootball game with his pledge class. Bo thinks it’s a “problem” they don’t all look like and have the same skin color as Brady. I think that’s racist — and it makes me sick.
@ovikabir As a Texan please know we aren’t all this way. Too many are, but many are not including me and my kids. I didn’t raise them to be hateful. I’m sorry hateful people weren’t raised correctly to accept, respect and love others. 😢
