@HMRCcustomers Spent 45m on hold and then the agent hung up on me after taking my details... just an automated voice saying 'thank you for calling'. Now on hold again but why on earth do you not phone back when a call drops? Absolute torture

- Accidentally submitted VAT reg cancellation for wrong business;
- Spent 45m on hold then was hung up on in first 4m;
- Spent 55m on hold, 'transferred' to registration team and given their number just in case; spent 30m on hold, black hole. Given up.
