Inmate Brian Francisco Roman (26) has ‘escaped’ from the Cowlitz County Corrections Department in Washington. He impersonated his cellmate that was scheduled to be released on April 17. They handed him a wallet, clothes, and keys that did not belong to him. Then he left. How embarrassing. 🙃
