Mark Beam Love Memorial Elementary The teacher that gave me voice, choice, and the ability to understand how to chase my dreams. He is the reason I teach! #GoldStarSC#FallRenewal21
Hearing about how hard some students are to teach should make us all think how hard their life might be to live. Compassion in the classroom is so important!
Dr. Carl Carpenter and Mrs. Donna Crocker visited The ED 310 History and Philosophy of Education class to share information about the teaching profession, the pathway to interview success, and the induction year (first year of teaching) with Limestone students.
@mrdearybury A4: time built into the calendar for collaborative meetings. Plans to meet & socialize outside of meetings to build our team and keep the meetings focused on the work. Respect for all view points. Recognizing strengths and working to build off of each otherโs strengths. #TeachSC
@mrdearybury We have a collaborative community that respects each other. We have learned to agree to disagree - more importantly we have learned that we are stronger when we build off of everyoneโs ideas and come to consensus. #TeachSC
@mrdearybury A2: My team build on each otherโs strengths. We all have areas that we excel in. We make it a point to collaborate and to work together to get the best results. #teachSC
@mrdearybury A1 I work with a faculty that loves people! They constantly help me as a first semester professor. They help students to reach their full potential. I can honesty say we love first and teach second in the education department.
@mrdearybury @sped_rockstar great strategy talk tonight! Sometimes you just have to crawl to see things from a different viewpoint. Sometimes you just have to know what will fix that. Bottom line - never crawl alone! Teachers need to be lifted up and supported!
