@united horrible service and rude rude rude people over the phone. I had to spend $1100 more to fix their mistake. No more flying united!! Garbage service. 3 hours on the phone and they send me a link for issues and then they email me back and said wrong area. Smh
@united we been on hold for 2 hours. Transferred 4 times. Whats the point of being a card holder if the service is this bad. This is horrible service. Horrible.
@VerizonBusiness what a joke. I called up to discuss my bill and the outage and your over seas service spends 20 min cant answer my questions and hangs up. Right to Att tomorrow. Maybe they will appreciate 10 line.

@united you switch our first class seats without notice. Then tsa is creating chaos with no explanation at boarding gate. Then getting to put luggage up in first class your rep on board is rude with the luggage. Horrible experience.
