- you are doing so well & should be proud of yourself
- you are so much stronger than you think
- you deserve all the happiness in the world
- you are a blessing in this world
Just because you're healing and are no longer triggered by some situations doesn't mean you should reconnect with people who repeatedly trigger your mental health and blame you for your negative reactions. Surround yourself with people who are aligned with your healing journey.
If it drains you, it's not for you. If it hurts you, it's not for you. If it gives you anxiety, it's not for you. If it makes you overthink, it's not for you. What's meant for you will arrive in clarity, not confusion.
social media breaks will remind you that a lot of this shit doesn’t even deserve a reaction all the time. conserve that energy for creativity, community, love, exploration, etc.
