There may be polarising views about him - but this section from Arnold Schwarzenegger's new book 'Be Useful' (which I found suprisingly great) really hit home for me. It resonates with a lot of what I was trying to achieve when distributing my envelopes and The Kind Mind Method.

It took me nearly three years to write 'The Kind Mind Method'. Three years of late nights and weekends - grasping a spare hour whenever I could in-between work, family and social commitments.
