@WOOLWORTHS_SA @ ur SandtonCity café,both service and quality in ur food has dropped considerably. Ordered 2 nacho chicken salads & harissa soup,salads used to be good, today they were just inedible-very salty, insipid dressing,nachos bitter informed the servers to no effect1/2

@WOOLWORTHS_SA The management keeps saying we will sort it out by end of the month and they have been saying that for the last few months so…we thought the store going bigger would be wonderful but it has just become worse, the whole neighbourhood feels the same
The poultry and lamb it is definitely not free range, free to roam, grass fed pasture raised, the quality has dropped incredibly it tastes like cardboard. Your quality is plummeting while your prices for all of items have increased exponentially!!4/4
The flour used in all ur breads is of the poorest quality, all your baked goods, salads, meals, snacks, biscuits, rusks everything is full of seeds oils, the world is moving away from seed oils you are just keep adding more, even in items which had butter before! 3/4
And top it the quality of your products has drastically dropped - ginger biscuits full of sugar no ginger same with ur ginger beer no taste of ginger just full of sugar, ur palmiers were not flaky baked terribly, your sourdough is equally terrible u cannot call it a sourdough2/4
@WOOLWORTHS_SA UR store at ParktownNorthQuarter has the worst layout with no stock, u were upgrading this store, making it better but it has become worse!Which imbecile has done the layout 4 this renovation? There is no stock in this store at anytime of day or night!!1/4
@WOOLWORTHS_SA Your service is going from bad to worse! This is the 2nd time I have been unable to use your voucher on the last day! It showed validity on the app but not on the shop app. I had written an email after the 1st time got a generic response and no further follow up.

@Makro_SA order was supposed to be delivered on 22nd April no one on your customer care why it has not been delivered, there is no feedback no one has any clue when it will be delivered!!!
