Heavenly Father,
Today we thank You for fathers. We thank You for the men who have carried burdens no one saw, fought battles no one knew about, and stood watch over their families through seasons of joy and seasons of struggle.
Lord, bless the fathers who feel strong, and bless the fathers who feel weary. Strengthen the hands that have worked long hours, the hearts that have carried heavy concerns, and the minds that have wrestled with difficult decisions. Remind them that their labor in love is never wasted and that every sacrifice made in faith is seen by You.
Give them wisdom to lead, courage to stand for truth, and humility to walk closely with You. Let them be men who love deeply, forgive quickly, and reflect the character of Christ in their homes. May their children rise up and call them blessed, not because they were perfect, but because they pointed others toward a perfect Savior.
For fathers carrying regret, bring grace. For fathers carrying grief, bring comfort. For fathers carrying responsibility, bring strength. For fathers carrying dreams for their families, bring hope.
Surround them with Your favor as with a shield. Establish the work of their hands. Bless their marriages, their children, their grandchildren, and the generations that will follow because of their faithfulness. Let their legacy be one of integrity, courage, kindness, and unwavering trust in You.
May they never forget that before they are fathers, they are sons of the Most High God, loved, chosen, and sustained by Your unfailing grace.
And when the road is difficult, remind them of Your promise: "Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9)
We ask that Your richest blessings rest upon every father today. Fill their hearts with peace, their homes with joy, and their lives with the unmistakable evidence of Your goodness.
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ,
Amen.
An update on Pershing Square USA, Ltd. $PSUS:
Since its IPO on April 29th, PSUS has deployed nearly 85% of its capital in 12 companies including Amazon, Microsoft, UBER, Meta, Brookfield, Restaurant Brands, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac at prices we believe to be extremely attractive.
The PSUS portfolio, along with the other Pershing Square funds, also includes four new companies, which we will disclose at the time of our second quarter report.
As a result of our investment activity over the last six weeks, we believe the PSUS portfolio is now invested in a number of the highest quality durable growth companies in the world, which are trading near their all-time lowest valuations.
Furthermore, as of this moment, PSUS is trading at a ~20% discount to the net asset value (NAV) of its underlying holdings so a buyer of the stock at today’s price is acquiring the current portfolio at a double discount. We believe the PSUS discount to NAV has emerged due to short-term technical factors related to the IPO that should moderate over time.
Pershing Square management and affiliates are all-in, having acquired more than ten million shares or $500+ million of PSUS in the IPO and in the market thereafter.
In summary, we believe PSUS and its portfolio holdings represent an extremely attractive bargain at today’s share price and we have put our money where our mouth is.

Heavenly Father,
In a world covered in darkness, let Your light shine brightly through us. Fill our hearts with courage, our minds with wisdom, and our lips with truth. Keep us from the fear of man that causes silence when You have called us to speak.
Grant us the boldness of the prophets, the conviction of the apostles, and the compassion of Christ. May we never compromise Your Word for the approval of the crowd, nor hide the truth to avoid opposition. Let us speak what is right, not with arrogance or anger, but with grace, humility, and love.
Lord, when lies are celebrated, help us stand firmly upon Your truth. When evil is called good and good is called evil, give us discernment to see clearly and strength to remain faithful. Make us unashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God unto salvation.
Guard our hearts from bitterness and pride. Let our words be seasoned with grace, yet anchored in conviction. May we shine as lights in a dark generation, pointing others to Jesus Christ, the Light of the World.
And when we are mocked, misunderstood, or opposed, remind us that we serve a greater Kingdom and a greater King. Let us be found faithful, speaking the truth in love until the day we stand before You.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray,
Amen

Heavenly Father,
I come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, humbled by Your mercy and grateful for Your grace. Lord, You know the wounds I carry. You know the words that were spoken, the betrayals that cut deeply, the disappointments that linger, and the hurts that seem difficult to release.
Yet Your Word commands me to forgive, just as You have forgiven me in Christ (Ephesians 4:32). Father, I confess that forgiveness does not come naturally. My flesh wants justice, vindication, and repayment. But Your Spirit calls me to surrender these burdens into Your hands.
Today, I choose to forgive those who have hurt me. I release them from my judgment and entrust them to Yours. I pray that You would bless them, lead them to repentance where needed, and draw them close to Yourself. Remove every root of bitterness, resentment, anger, and unforgiveness from my heart. Do not allow the wounds of yesterday to poison the joy You have for me today.
Lord Jesus, when You hung upon the cross, You prayed, "Father, forgive them" (Luke 23:34). Give me that same heart. Help me to love my enemies, pray for those who mistreat me, and overcome evil with good (Matthew 5:44; Romans 12:21).
Heal the places in my soul that still ache. Restore what has been broken. Replace bitterness with peace, anger with compassion, and sorrow with hope. Teach me to remember that You are the righteous Judge and that vengeance belongs to You alone (Romans 12:19).
Thank You for forgiving my countless sins through the blood of Christ. As I have received mercy, help me extend mercy. As I have been forgiven, help me forgive.
I release these hurts into Your hands and choose to walk forward in freedom, trusting that You are working all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
In the mighty and precious name of Jesus,
Amen.
Don’t become so used to God’s blessings that you stop noticing them.
Not every blessing comes as a miracle. Sometimes it’s waking up with strength, having peace in a difficult season, being protected from things you never saw, or seeing a prayer answered little by little.
The small things matter too.
Stay grateful. What feels ordinary today may be something you once prayed for.

Heavenly Father,
I come before You today with gratitude in my heart, acknowledging that every good and perfect gift comes from Your hand. You are the God of abundance, mercy, and grace. You are the One who opens doors no man can shut and makes a way where there seems to be no way.
Lord, I ask for Your favor to rest upon my life. As You were with Joseph and caused everything he touched to prosper, let Your hand be upon me. As You gave favor to Esther before the king, grant me favor with those I encounter. As You blessed David and established his steps, establish my path according to Your purposes.
Father, bless the work of my hands. Give me wisdom beyond my own understanding, discernment beyond my experience, and opportunities that only You can provide. Let me walk in integrity, humility, and faithfulness so that Your blessing does not simply increase my comfort, but expands my usefulness for Your Kingdom.
Open the right doors and close the wrong ones. Protect me from distractions, deception, and anything that would pull me away from Your will. Let Your favor surround me as with a shield. Bring divine connections, divine provision, and divine appointments into my life. May Your goodness go before me and Your mercy follow behind me.
I pray for blessing over my family, my home, my relationships, and every responsibility You have entrusted to me. Let peace reign where there has been anxiety, hope where there has been discouragement, and strength where there has been weakness.
Most of all, Lord, let Your presence be my greatest blessing. If I have Your presence, I have everything I truly need. Teach me to seek Your face more than Your hand, Your will more than my own desires, and Your Kingdom above all else.
I receive Your promises with faith, trusting that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all I can ask or imagine. May my life bring honor to Jesus Christ, and may every blessing become a testimony of Your faithfulness.
In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen

Father, this morning we come before You with hearts that are believing, hopeful, grateful, and expectant. Some are praying through pain. Some are praying through uncertainty. Some are praying because they have nowhere else to turn. But You are still the God who hears. You are still the God who sees. You are still the God who answers according to Your perfect wisdom and unfailing love.
For every person seeking You this morning, remind them that prayer is not wasted breath. Heaven is not silent because You seem absent. Even when we cannot see movement, You are working beneath the surface. You are strengthening hearts, aligning steps, opening doors, closing dangerous paths, healing wounds, and drawing Your people closer to Yourself. Your Word says that the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much (James 5:16). So let no one grow weary in seeking You.
Lord, encourage the discouraged. Strengthen the exhausted. Lift the eyes of those who have been staring too long at fear, bad news, failure, regret, or disappointment. Remind them that You are bigger than the diagnosis, bigger than the financial pressure, bigger than the anxiety, bigger than the betrayal, and bigger than the mountain standing in front of them. You have not abandoned Your children. The same God who parted seas, shut the mouths of lions, raised the dead, and rolled away the stone is still reigning today.
For the one carrying hidden burdens, give peace. For the one fighting temptation, give strength. For the one grieving loss, give comfort. For the one waiting on an answer, give endurance. For the one who feels forgotten, remind them that You know their name and number their steps.
This morning, let faith rise again. Let courage rise again. Let hope rise again. Let weary souls remember that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Teach us to trust You before we understand You. Teach us to worship before the breakthrough arrives. Teach us to walk by faith and not by sight.
Jesus, be the center of our minds, our homes, our decisions, and our hearts today. May our prayers not just change our circumstances, but transform us into people who look more like You. And may every person praying this morning leave strengthened by the reminder that the King of Kings still sits on the throne.
In Jesus’ name, amen.
Heavenly Father,
Thank You for this day and for Your endless love.
Give me strength when I am weak, peace when I am anxious, and hope when I feel discouraged.
Guide my steps, protect my heart, and help me trust in Your plan.
Fill my life with wisdom, kindness, and faith.
Bless my family, friends, and everyone in need today.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
