@WarPigsChief Noonan, every time I think people are crazy for questioning him, he makes a player selection I can’t defend. starting 2 CBs that can’t play 75 minutes. What?!? Now you have to bring on your least capable passer at RCB, a 17 yr old to play CCB, and a Smith an RB playing LCB. Ugh.
@THEChrisKessell@CoreyClayton Revaluating Roster construction mechanisms and money allocation for different roster designation types. I hope that is what he meant by players they are signing.

@grahamruthven It should be illegal to do “dynamic pricing” when you slow release tickets. You are falsely inflating ticket prices by artificially limiting supply. If you are artificially limiting supply, you are acting as a monopoly, and should be harshly fined and broken up.
@joeclowery@Backheeled I’m sorry all he did was run straight it seems to me we more discovered what is ailing Cincinnati’s defense. Not once did Miazga look for a runner he just jogged straight to a spot with no awareness of anything around him. All FCC CBs do this. It’s bizarre.
@TheDPPod1 The reason to be upset is because MLS allows NYCFC to play on that terrible field in a baseball stadium where it wasn’t possible to catch with a good angle on the 18 yard line because it’s not possible to put the camera on the 18 yard line like every other MLS stadium.
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Putting aside my crazy ranting about applying a law out of the ordinary, if the ref doesn’t give that red card, I dont think the FC win. The card lit a fire & led to changes where FC players popped up in new spots & threw Montreal for a loop. 😀
thanks for all the FC coverage.
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe But again setting new precedent and not using common sense application of the double punishment stipulations as related to dogso. All that being said, it’s not egregious, just dumb. As a ref I could not be the story of the game or be the story of the game. He chose story.
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Proximity does not matter in definition of last defender whether someone is 12 yards from goal or 5 yards from goal. If there were 2 fcc players standing at the penalty spot it shouldn’t matter because Prince was closer than that spot. Congestion isn’t in the law.
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Last post (sorry): my point is why this time create a new precedent for DOGSO that no one else has? A rebounded free kick bang bang play. He pulled him early. I understand it meets letter of the law. So does being dragged down when heading ball, so do we so those reds now too?
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe So if those fouls not playing the ball during when attempting to head ball are not considered DOGSO eligible because they meet written criteria, but not in the spirit of the written law. Why would a free kick rebounded goal, meet the criteria, because offside line was higher?
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe But following letter of the law the fouls in the box I’m talking about should be dogso red and pk. So why this time do we call something never called before and create double punishment. When other fouls meet requirements. We’re breaking standard giving this red. Why?
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Yeah for sure refs need to clean that up asap. Arsenal for being a potential EPL winner have been so boring and it’s just not as fun to watch.
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Fair enough, i can understand your interpretation. If i jump near you but not between you and goal and you can’t get power on header because my teammate pulls you down why is it not red?
if we’re being literal with law, to justify a dogso red on free kick. Why not headers?
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Anyway. I appreciate you discussing with me. To me an open header at the 6 with someone pulling on their shoulder. And an open player running at a bouncing ball 10 yards out with someone pulling at their shoulder are both good chances. Why would 1 be a red and 1 not?
@KentraHagatra@andrew_wiebe Last defender isn’t a straight line to the end line. Last defender is the ability for defender to get between player and the goal. If player is very close to goal last defender is the defender who can make a play not whether they are standing on the end line.
