MY PROBLEM:

Got charged 4x in my bank but got only 3 reference numbers.

No ref number and email for 1 transaction.

@katycatvelvet @CebuPacificAir In my case po kasi I have no reference number for 1 transaction/deduction in my bank. If the vouchers were reflected na it means okay na po yan :( i heard they dont issue refunds po pag meron na vouchers
