Introducing Founder Insight, a new X Space series by @reignstudio_a .
Real conversations with founders building in tech, crypto, and marketing.
No hype. No fluff. Just actionable insights from people who are actually shipping.
Devnet is live👾
This release is a proof of mechanics for only the confidential settlement engine on @solana.
The core protected execution flow is now testable. More institution-ready layers like policy controls and selective disclosure come next.
Break it; https://t.co/MVzKiSm3f5
The Market exist, and we have built what comes next;
- No recipients claim
- Amount obfuscation in phase 1
- Gas-less relayer
- No custom ZK circuits
- 100% compliant
- Solid confidential settlement layer
Devnet is coming…
Week 2 logs in the arena @colosseum
> Deployed to Devnet
> Added more denominations in the pool
> Locked in an integration for Devnet; confidential settlement layer for a vesting solution
> Implemented an auto refund mechanism for failed transactions
> Moved arcis circuits to ipfs
> Added more test cases
Week 1 logs in the Arena.
> created project Lowkey on @colosseum.
> intensified research, and finalize Lowkie architecture.
> pivoted to a two-phase architecture.
> deployed to Devnet, and tested internally.
> facilitated strategic integrations for Devnet.
> created, and submitted Lowie’s weekly update video.
The team is pumped, and can’t wait to make devnet announcements on week 2. LFG!!
The decision was hard tbh, but it was necessary to keep momentum.
Shout out to @King__Solo and @noel_uba for pulling off a clean pivot to a two phase architecture, were we preserve being trust-minimized, 100% compliant ( even to the GENIUS Act), and frictionless - users don’t need to claim, automatically withdrawals to recipient address via a gasless relayer.
The engineering here is genuinely clever, and I couldn’t be more proud of my technical co-founders.
Week 1 into @colosseum and we are PUMPED as a team!
@Visa is settling on @solana.
@WesternUnion is on Solana.
@PayPal 's PYUSD is on Solana.
And every one of the settlement transactions will be on-chain and permanently public.
Institution must consider confidential settlement layers that prevent the leakage of business intelligence.
This is a gap, and we will fill it with @Lowkie_protocol.
The native confidential settlement engine on @solana is off.
The Zk proof programs are disabled. CSPL is temporarily down pending the completion of the audit. 🔐
This is a temporary wall, but we are not waiting! We have pivoted into a two-phase confidential settlement architecture.
> Phase 1: A confidential settlement flow that is trust-less, compliant, and frictionless ( instant delivery to recipients wallets ), all powered by @Arcium’s MPC for encrypted accounting and execution.
> Phase2: The moment CSPL is live, we plug it in the protocol (designed for plug and play). Same architecture. Same product flow. Upgraded confidential primitive. Enhanced native-amount anonymity.
Our vision is intact. However, we are shipping what is usable today for the Solana community, and feasible for deployment for @colosseum.
The architecture shows Lowkie’s roadmap of upgrading from amount obsfucation, to native, token-level amount confidentiality, the moment CSPL comes live.
Why 'Lowkie'?
In Nigeria, doing something 'low key' means keeping it quiet. Private. Under the radar.
That's exactly what your on-chain payments should be.
Low key. On-chain . Lowkie.

I've had the worst experience with @WalletConnect it works like 30% of the time, the UX is just bad. I'm saying this as a web3 engineer, I can't imagine the experience non-technical people have with it....
