Had to share this from a fan...
"But the greatest moment for me wasn’t any of those, it was this one, by this Weatherford team!! #11 (Jackson Smith) a Freshman was open and he took his shot! The Douglass team guarded the three best players hard in those last 5 seconds and he found himself wide open!! He could’ve been the hero….. but he missed and Douglass went on to win their 11th state title!
As he walked away he put his head down and I watched 3 of his teammates (15 (Nate Reherman)
,23 (Ethan Sage) and 24 (Tage Sage)) grab his head pull it up and tell him to keep his head up, keep your head up they repeated! They continued to encourage him as he beat himself up thinking he’d let his team down! He took a good shot, and when he was open!! He’s going to always remember what might have been but he definitely won’t forget how his teammates were there uplifting him in that moment!
I love this game so much! Days like today remind me why!! As I sat with my parents, Aunt, nieces, neighbors and Kyn I felt lucky to be able to witness so many amazing moments! At the end of the day all of these teams are filled with kids deciding to take that shot! I Can only hope because of this moment #11 never quits taking that shot!!!
Until next season Big House you definitely did NOT disappoint this year!!!"

Lots of @BethMooreLPM honesty here: “I wasn’t surprised one iota by Trump. He was exactly who I thought. I felt like it was going to go down ugly for women. I was floored by my own corner of the evangelical world.”
This Christian thanks you, Beth!
I’ve tweeted 30k times & this is a top 25 most-liked tweet. That’s a reminder that most Americans continue to yearn for common sense & decency. And more important than tweets, they continue to demonstrate this in elections, from City Hall to DC. Maybe politicians should take note
Me: “Alexa is really smart and can answer all sorts of questions — like, who is the tallest person in the world? or, what is the largest city?”
Nellie: “…or how much money did Kevin Stitt steal from public schools?”
She saw that commercial ONCE and will never (ever) forget.
Hearing via The Ogle Mole Network that two recent political polls – one commissioned by News 9 – both show Joy Hofmeister with a small lead over Kevin Stitt in the Governor's race.
Something they don’t tell you about being a lawyer is that you will spend a comical amount of time on https://t.co/JQKsQKgk5b using the date calculator to figure out deadlines and repeatedly questioning your own ability to count or even know what month it is.
