You are clearly ignorant of what free speech is. Everything in this video violates the concept of freedom of speech in every way. And these re currently European standards limiting speech.

There is no need to protect speech if someone cannot do all the things Germany restricts per this video. The purpose of protections of speech is to allow errors that can be corrected.

The one thing you are correct in saying is that concepts of free speech came largely from Europe. If course, they were never fully implemented in law in Great Britain and many other European countries--that first happened in America. John Milton's Areopagitica was the first seminal work on the subject. John Stuart Mill as well in On Liberty discussed in detail. Each of these men would mock you publicly for what you said.
