@kalifadev@Plasma@plasma this must be investigated, and you have to take serious action on it because even me some of my colleagues are reporting the same thing but their own was rejected do to insufficient balance
🚨 @Plasma I Need a Serious Investigation Into an Unauthorized $107 Transaction
I’m publicly raising this because my support case with Plasma has not given me a satisfactory explanation.
I did NOT authorize a $107 transaction from my Plasma account.
I have checked my devices and account access, and I found no indication that I personally initiated this transaction. I also did not knowingly authorize anyone else to do it.
I contacted Plasma support immediately and provided the transaction details. The case was escalated to the support team, but the response I repeatedly received was essentially:
“The transaction is fully completed and cannot be reversed.”
I understand how blockchain transactions work. I understand that a confirmed on-chain transaction may not technically be reversible.
But that is not the question I am asking.
My question is:
How was a transaction I did not authorize initiated from my account, and what is Plasma doing to investigate the security incident?
If the transaction was genuinely unauthorized, telling the customer that the blockchain transaction is irreversible does not resolve the underlying security issue.
I am asking Plasma to seriously investigate:
How the transaction was initiated.
What authentication/sign-in mechanism was used.
Whether there was any unusual account activity before the transaction.
Whether the transaction was initiated through the official Plasma application.
The receiving wallet address and relevant transaction information.
Whether there was any security vulnerability or unauthorized access involved.
Whether other users have experienced the same issue.
And most importantly, whether Plasma will reimburse the $107 that I lost through a transaction I did not authorize.
This also concerns me because I am not the only person who has reported a similar experience. I have seen/know of other users raising complaints involving unauthorized transactions or funds disappearing, which makes this something that deserves a serious security investigation rather than being treated as an isolated incident.
I am not asking Plasma to magically reverse the blockchain.
I am asking Plasma to investigate how an unauthorized transaction was possible and take responsibility for resolving the customer's loss if the investigation shows that the transaction resulted from a failure within the platform or its security systems.
I have screenshots and transaction information documenting my communication with Plasma support.
@Plasma, please escalate this case to the appropriate security/compliance team and provide a proper explanation.
I want my $107 returned, and I want a serious investigation into what happened—not another response simply stating that the transaction is irreversible.
Customers trust platforms with their money. That trust comes with a responsibility to take unauthorized-transaction reports seriously.
