@swtrains_watch The email subject line on claims is often somewhat misleading too. You submit a claim but if they modify it and accept their changed delay the email will say your claim is "approved" so if you don't properly check every claim you might find you've been 'under refunded' at times .
Does anyone know if it’s possible to change the commentators on ITVX? Lee Dixon clearly does not want to be there (and never played in a WC so not like he would have much insight if he stopped complaining anyway) so I was hoping there is an option to listen to anyone else 😴
@SW_Help What data do you use to determine the delays on the DelayRepay scheme as it clearly isn't based on real world data. For example I was delayed on this service "Tue 26 May 2026: 19:45 London Waterloo to Haslemere" to Woking by 46 mins. How do you get it was only 15-29?
Is Hook the new name for Waterloo now? @SW_Help I get helpful information is difficult on disruption days (ones ending in y ) also it’s yet another train the toilets are broken on
It took me longer to get from the Well & Boot pub INSIDE Waterloo station to Vauxhall by @SW_Help than it took my friend get from the same place to Ebbsfleet …
Why are SWR so incapable now of actually running anything close to acceptable? There is something every day now.
@SW_Help how do I actually renew a season ticket as your website won’t give me a working continue button? It’s extra annoying as yet again your trains are incapable of running to timetable today …
Hi @SW_Help Do you know roughly how long it will be for the driver for the 2200 Waterloo to Portsmouth train at Platform 10 to arrive?
Also it wasn’t particularly helpful earlier when you were showing the 2142 on Platform 15 as the next to Woking when it had already left.
Hi @SW_Help are you going to fix the platform 5 entrance @ Woking. The departure board been faulty for ages so you can’t see next few trains. You have smartcard tkts but all but one readers are broken. I’m assuming the QR readers are dirty with the issues people seem to have.
Hi. @SW_Help when you have a 10 coach train but lock one of them out of use do you class that as a ‘short formed’ or claim it as fully formed as technically it’s there just we aren’t allowed in it?
@SW_Help Back to Woking. Due at Woking at 1841. I was STILL at Waterloo until 1844.
It’s basically every single journey has issues whether it’s the usual delays, lack of crew, short forming, broken toilets, general faults. And there is a lack of assistance at Waterloo what is happening.
@SW_Help what is today’s reason for everything being poor? I HAVE to be at work on time and yet again you cancelled my train (only one for ‘tresspass’) so on next one. Should be at Waterloo in 3 mins but only at Esher. This isn’t good enough. Every single day there is something.
@SW_Help And now trying to go actually go home and stuck at Waterloo for 15 minutes. Now you have to turn the train off and on again. All other trains are full. WHY IS THIS SO HARD? EVERY YEAR YOU PUT OUR TICKETS PROCE UP TO JUST GET WORSE AND WORSE
@SW_Help I’m on the 0705 Woking to Waterloo so I could have got two later trains that are now due in earlier than me if they told us.
Somehow one of those was on the same platform as my one at Woking and is now ahead of us.
And the train that was ‘cancelled’ seems to have run through Woking at normal time according to RealTrainTimes. AND you weren’t showing the train lengths on the departure boards at Woking so passengers weren’t sure where to stand as you never know how long the train will be
