But the real kicker is when @Chime denies your claim and won’t refund you the money, and expects you to prove you didn’t make the purchase. Maybe if they had canceled the card in the first place, hours before the fraudulent charge, we wouldn’t be here. 🤷🏽♀️

It sucks to have your phone stolen, even more so when it’s with your DL and debit card. And then somehow you manage to call to cancel the card only to find out that they never canceled it so the thief was able to charge over $200.

@PlanetFitnessCA I have done all that I could do in my power to fix this but truly avoiding your valued customers is not the way to fix our issues. I even went on your website and found out that I could transfer my membership to another club! I thought “thank God, finally.”

@PlanetFitnessCA With the worst customer service you can find, I have done everything in MY power to undo this error of having the option to choose a club that isn’t open because I thought I was choosing the ONLY option for my area in Mid City.
@PlanetFitnessCA intended to choose this new Washington Mid City as my club before it opens, why wouldn’t I just choose the original Mid City location that is 1.3 miles down the road and that is currently open if I wanted to work out that same day? Because that’s not the case.
