Of course they *could* hunt for survival when situations are dire. But in a domestic setting, it's a misallocation of resources to optimize for the hunt. So again, relying on competent humans is competence.

しかも周囲が、私に改姓しろ！ってうるさい…

周りでも、付き合う前から改姓しない宣言していた仲でも、実際に男性が改姓してくれたのは２割程度。
本人は改姓してもよかったのに、周りが煩くて女性が折れたケースも多い。土壇場のドンデン返しもあるある。
実際に変えてない人の意見は信用できない。
