🚨 Florida sheriffs defended flock cameras so hard, they told the public they could track you through your CELL PHONE.

Sounds innocent… until you look at the technology behind some of these devices.

Devices such as cell-site simulators can trick your phone into thinking it’s connecting to a legitimate cell tower. Instead of only identifying a targeted individual, they can collect information from other phones within the device’s range.
That means the technology sweeps up data from thousands of people who were never the target.

Three cop cars responded. The reporter identified himself as a journalist and was released without charges.

Wow…ok sooo Flock can record YOU driving around in public, but point a camera back at THEM and suddenly they’re a raccoon caught stealing cat food at 3 a.m. staring directly into the Ring camera. 😭 💀
