@bobbyfijan Universities (-and tenured teachers), many of them run by the state. Many degrees should not be allowed for any loans, private or public. Medical, engineering, math,construction management>yes. English lit, film, political science, gender studies>NO (for example).

@gregarizona @NewsLambert Those are two different consumer segments (4000 v. Manufactured). The largest home builders are building more sub-2000 than above, however offsite manufacturing has scalability issues (and others) as well as consumer perception. I think the ROAD will have minimal impact.

State takes over and taxes go up to subsidize all the rising costs. Add in no ability to evict, and real estate ownership just went from risky to lost.
