This is a government issue not an insurance company issue in my opinion. The MA companies are getting too much money from the government. I’ve been selling Medicare plans for the last 24 years. The problem is Medicare Advantage plans. Many are zero premium and the benefits are ridiculously good. The givebacks are ridiculous. The tide is turning though…many are now non commmissionable so that tells you they are starting to fade.
