First of all, I am a loyal fan of @chat, as all users can attest, but I am deeply concerned about the update pace of the development team...
Secondly, as for the person-in-charge @cambridgemike, I fully understand that the team is working harder than anyone else, but the feedback submitted by the community is rarely responded to and adjusted in a timely manner, which causes me great distress.
From the internal testing phase to the launch of the iOS version, and then to the full release of the Android version a few days ago, user response has been underwhelming. As an independent application, such performance cannot drive user growth. I hope the development team can pay more attention to users' suggestions instead of ignoring them completely.
I hold great expectations for the @chat application and sincerely hope that it can grow into an all-in-one application that can hold its own ground and even outperform all existing communication tools.
In closing, applications are inseparable from users, and winning users' recognition is key to success...
