@Wachewee Its not the way you are taking it. A PhD or any Doctorate doesnt dwell solely on the topic. Its a level of education (level 8) which has its measures of acxomplishment. So nomatter the topic level 8 is wider. You cover research in its entirety and the fuculty as well.
