I think the fairest decision would of been to disallow the goal but award them a penalty, Todibo is being held, Rice is holding someone else

@markgoldbridge Giving a foul would have been the correct on field call to make, but now VAR have lowered their threshold on overturning decisions because it was an important decision at both ends of the table!
Hopefully from now on they will overturn more incorrect decisions but I doubt it.

It’s definitely a penalty but I bet it won’t spark the same reaction and criticism as Bruno
