Tried to book a hotel using a gift voucher and paid the balance using UPI. You took all my money, made the vouchers unusable and still did not confirm my booking.

I don't think i can be further disappointed with the absolute filthy service of the 5G Jio E-sim. Jio is harassing its customers with horribly inconsistent internet/ call services.

I am permanantly switching to Airtel. A much better option. @reliancejio @JioCare

Im frustrated with the customer care services you have. All the reps have informed that UPI will not link to an Esim but I've seen so many cases where it's working fine. I am unable to use my UPI in any of the popular apps.
