@PayUindia, it's been 10 days since our account settlement is on hold. We promptly submitted all necessary docs on ticket ID AY5027121763 on July 31, with an expected resolution date of Aug 3. Yet, no response or action taken. Our account remains frozen. Urgently need assistance!
