Usd PhonePe & G Pay to pay a merchant due to a server glitch. Money debited from both, transaction failed. Merchant denies receiving, SBI asks to confirm with them, apps promised refund. Bank statement shows debit.vexed with conflicting answers Resolve & refund. @TheOfficialSBI
