Look at the 23-24 UK team or the recent Duke teams. You do need top freshmen but transfers are king

@mjthegoatyou2 They can, but clearly the price has gotten to a point where they don’t feel like it’s worth it. That’s what happened with Collin Chandler. Kentucky has money but it’s not unlimited. That goes for every other team as well. It’s all about budgeting and planning for future needs
